Steve Baker brings more than 25 years of long-term care pharmacy operations experience, providing executive leadership and oversight for the operational management and deployment of Polaris Rx’ innovative products. He is responsible for driving operational excellence while ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience across the organization. Prior to joining Polaris, Steve served as Vice President of Operations at Omnicare, Inc., where he oversaw 17 long-term care pharmacies generating $700 million in annual revenue and serving approximately 110,000 beds. Earlier in his career, he was President of the Pharmacy Division at Advanced Pharmacy. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the Medical College of Virginia and serves on the board of LTC 100.
