Johana Bohorquez joined Polaris in 2025 and serves as Head of Human Resources, bringing extensive experience across the full spectrum of global HR functions. A strategic people leader, she is known for designing and leading innovative HR practices that strengthen corporate culture, elevate organizational performance, and drive meaningful business results. Johana partners closely with leadership to build scalable talent strategies, develop high-performing teams, and foster an engaged, inclusive workplace. She holds a Master of Business Administration in Management from Nova Southeastern University and a bachelor’s degree in human resources management from Florida International University. Johana is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through HRCI and a Global Human Capital Strategist (GHCS) through the Human Capital Institute,  and is passionate about continuous learning and staying ahead of evolving HR trends.
