Joe Mauro is Executive Vice President of Specialty Operations at Polaris Rx, where he leads the company’s specialty pharmacy operations. A strategic, results-driven leader, he brings deep experience across large-scale mail-order and health system–based specialty pharmacy models.

Joe provides executive oversight of specialty operations, centralized services, and workflow optimization, with a focus on improving clinical outcomes, enhancing the patient experience, and driving strong financial performance. He also leads the advancement of pharmacy technology, including system integrations and scalable service delivery.

Prior to joining Polaris Rx, Joe oversaw multi-site specialty pharmacy operations and supported national mail-order pharmacy programs exceeding $1.4 billion in annual revenue. He holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy.
