Edwin Cooper brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience across healthcare, technology, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, and financial services. As Chief Financial Officer of Polaris Rx, he leads the company’s Finance organization, including financial reporting, audit and compliance, investor relations, revenue cycle, budgeting and planning, treasury and capital structure.

Prior to joining Polaris, Edwin served as Senior Vice President of Finance for Allymar Health Solutions, a private equity-backed digital health company. He previously served as Divisional Chief Financial Officer at Change Healthcare, where he helped lead large healthcare services, software, and analytics businesses through periods of growth and transformation. Earlier in his career he held leadership roles at The Coca-Cola Company and Johnson & Johnson.

Edwin holds an MBA in Finance from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, a Master of Arts in Applied Economics from Duke University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rutgers University, along with a PhD in Public Policy. He is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), a Six Sigma Black Belt, and serves on the board of Duke University’s graduate school.
