Alyssa Parrish is General Counsel at Polaris Rx, where she leads the company’s legal, regulatory, and compliance strategy. A healthcare attorney and strategic advisor, Alyssa brings deep experience across pharmacy operations, provider services, regulatory compliance, and growth strategy. She partners with both emerging healthcare startups and established national organizations to build, scale, and optimize high-performing business models.

Previously, Alyssa served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for a national pharmacy organization, where she led legal strategy supporting retail pharmacy and clinical services teams and provided first-line business vetting for all transformation and strategic initiatives across the organization. She has extensive experience negotiating complex payer and PBM agreements, structuring strategic partnerships, and building enterprise-wide contracting and compliance infrastructure.

Alyssa serves on the board of directors for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Texas Gulf Coast Chapter and is a member of the State Bar of Texas. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Houston and her Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law. Alyssa resides in Houston, Texas, with her husband, an emergency medicine physician, and their twin daughters.
